Basketball Recap: Edison Victorious

Edison lost to Highlands back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Edison Golden Bears narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Highlands Owls 54-52.

Edison's victory bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Highlands, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-11.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Burbank the next time they take the court. Edison will host Burbank at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, while Highlands will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
