Jordan Do Turns in Season-Best Effort
Jordan Do produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Archer to the win on Friday. Do threw for 405 yards and five touchdowns while completing 84.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the year, Do has thrown 23 touchdowns while averaging 218.6 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had four rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 13.

Zion Johnson continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 13th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 105 rushing yards. Newton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Johnson and Newton will head out to face off against North Gwinnett at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Travis Burgess and Co. Win Tenth in a Row
Grayson picked up their tenth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Travis Burgess. Nobody could stop Burgess as he threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 52 yards.
Grayson pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Burgess and Grayson will square off against Norcross at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Xavier Butler's Big Game Can't Quite Lead South Gwinnett over Hillgrove
While Xavier Butler delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for South Gwinnett. Butler turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 99 yards and two touchdowns.
This year, Butler has averaged 109.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 14.
