Volleyball Game Preview: Peyton Panthers vs. Byers Bulldogs + How To Watch

Peyton is 1-9 against Byers since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. Peyton will be strutting in after a victory while Byers will be coming in after a defeat.

Peyton will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Calhan, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Panthers came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Peyton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-21, 25-16, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Byers came up short against Holyoke on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Dragons: they've now lost four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8, 25-13.

Byers' defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Peyton, their win bumped their record up to an identical 7-11.
