The Clearwater Valley Rams got the win against the Garfield-Palouse Vikings on Tuesday by a conclusive 9-3. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Tiago Pickering was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double. He has become a key player for Clearwater Valley: the team is 5-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-5 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Barak Meyer, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Clearwater Valley now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Garfield-Palouse, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Clearwater Valley beat the Vikings by a score of 13-3 later that day.
