Volleyball Recap: Owensboro Catholic Takes a Loss

Owensboro Catholic lost against Meade County back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Aces fell 3-1 to the Green Waves.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 18-25, 25-16.

Ella Clanton was a one-woman wrecking crew For Meade County. as she had 19 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Clanton has posted since back in September.

Owensboro Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 21-16. As for Meade County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-16.

Owensboro Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Meade County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Apollo on the 30th.
