Volleyball Recap: Watertown Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Western Christian

Watertown is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Western Christian. The Arrows fell 2-0 to the Wolfpack. The Arrows have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Kali Ellis paced Watertown's offense, picking up seven kills. Ellis got some help from Kynsee Russell and her 17 assists.

Watertown's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Western Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
