Jenkins came tearing into Friday's matchup with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 56-6 win over the Johnson Atomsmashers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

Jenkins didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Calvin Wallace and Tyler Rhodes. Aujshawn Izzard was another major factor on D, making nine total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Jenkins' victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Johnson, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Looking ahead, after each having a week off, Jenkins and Whitewater will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on the 14th. The Wildcats will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last. Johnson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
