Baseball Recap: Pasco Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pasco can now relate to. They fell just short of the Bishop Moore Hornets by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Monday.

Pasco saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Blommel, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Blommel has snagged this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Pasco and nudges their season record down to 14-9. As for Bishop Moore, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Pasco nor Bishop Moore have any future games scheduled.
