Basketball Recap: St. Cloud Cathedral Comes Up Short

St. Cloud Cathedral lost against Albany back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders were dealt a 78-43 loss at the hands of the Albany Huskies. The contest marked the Crusaders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

St. Cloud Cathedral's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 8-4. As for Albany, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

St. Cloud Cathedral and Albany should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. St. Cloud Cathedral will challenge Little Falls at 7:15 p.m. on Friday up 236 places (140 vs. 376). Similarly, Albany (ranked 13th) will meet Pierz (ranked 294th) at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
