Volleyball Recap: Twentynine Palms Comes Up Short

Twentynine Palms was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mighty Arabs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat two weeks ago.

While Twentynine Palms was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Coachella Valley's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-17, 25-20.

Twentynine Palms' loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Coachella Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Twentynine Palms nor Coachella Valley have any future games scheduled.
