Baseball Recap: Corbin Takes a Loss

Corbin lost against Madison Central back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Redhounds came up short against the Indians, falling 8-2. The Redhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corbin saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Cima, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Corbin's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Madison Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-12.

Coincidentally, Corbin and Madison Central will both be playing South Warren the next time they take the field. The Redhounds will host the Spartans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
