Football Game Recap: North Penn-Mansfield vs. GAR Memorial

North Penn-Mansfield simply couldn't be stopped on Friday, as they easily beat GAR Memorial 54-14.

North Penn-Mansfield's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 40 points in the first half. GAR Memorial wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 8 to make it 40-8 heading into the break. North Penn-Mansfield put the match away in the third quarter with 14 points from the offense and six points allowed from the defense. The victory bumped their record up to 5-2. The loss dropped GAR Memorial's record to 1-6.

Next week North Penn-Mansfield take on Towanda at 7:00 PM. Those two teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games. As for GAR Memorial, they will face off against Lake-Lehman. GAR Memorial's defense better steel itself: Lake-Lehman are averaging 33.43 points per game.
