Volleyball Recap: Anderson Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Anderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the CORE Butte Lynx. While the Cubs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lynx 25-19 in the first set.

Anderson started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-19, 25-21, 25-12.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for CORE Butte, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Anderson will welcome Corning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for CORE Butte, they will challenge Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
