Football Recap: Pine Eagle Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pine Eagle lost against Crane back in September of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans were beaten by the Mustangs 70-6. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pine Eagle's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Crane, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Pine Eagle will head out to face off against Adrian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will need to watch out since the Antelopes have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Crane, they are taking a road trip to square off against Prairie City/Burnt River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Crane will be up against Prairie City/Burnt River's rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
