Softball Recap: Cedar Ridge Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cedar Ridge can now relate to. They came up short against the Dripping Springs Tigers on Thursday, falling 11-3. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Kaia Miske made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Savanna Winner, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one double.

Cedar Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 12-15-1. As for Dripping Springs, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 28-6-1.

While Cedar Ridge had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
