Volleyball Recap: Lakewood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Lakewood took on Fruita Monument on Thursday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The Tigers have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

While Lakewood was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.

Lakewood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Looking ahead, Lakewood will venture away from home to challenge Eaglecrest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fruita Monument, they will be taking part in a tournament against Legend at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
