Basketball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Northwest finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were beaten by the Badin Rams 49-22. The contest marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Northwest fell to 6-1. As for Badin, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwest and Mariemont will round out the year against one another at at 2:00 p.m. on December 28th. As for Badin, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Summit Country Day at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
