Forbush was the 4-1 winner over North Surry when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 6-4 on Thursday. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Bo Moxley made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Eli Wells was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.

Forbush's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for North Surry, they pushed their record up to 11-14 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Forbush nor the Greyhounds have any future games scheduled.
