Football Preview: Conifer Lobos vs. Green Mountain Rams
The Conifer Lobos will face off against the Green Mountain Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Green Mountain is hoping to do what Summit couldn't on Friday: put an end to Conifer's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Conifer blew past Summit, posting a 40-12 win.

One of the most notable came from Simon Lunsford, who threw for 259 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.3 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Dax Gomez was Lunsford's top target, picking up 106 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Green Mountain was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 204 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Evergreen only rushed for 65.

Conifer was dealt a bruising 54-14 defeat at the hands of Green Mountain in their previous meeting back in October of 2023. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Conifer was down 47-0.
