Basketball Game Preview: Cedar Shoals Jaguars vs. Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines

The Cedar Shoals Jaguars are taking a road trip to take on the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Cedar Shoals took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They blew past Jackson County 90-33. The Jaguars have beaten the Panthers the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Panthers has come to flipping the script.

Prince Avenue Christian hadn't beaten Mount Pisgah Christian on the road since December 28, 2015 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Wolverines simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Patriots 69-39. The Wolverines not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since January 30th (when they won 62-32).
