Volleyball Game Preview: Coal Ridge Titans vs. Aspen Skiers

The Coal Ridge Titans will head out to challenge the Aspen Skiers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Coal Ridge is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games.

On Tuesday, Coal Ridge made easy work of Olathe and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Coal Ridge was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Aspen unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to Standley Lake.

Coal Ridge's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Aspen, their loss dropped their record down to 12-2.

Coal Ridge came up short against Aspen when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
