Paul VI is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Archbishop Carroll. The Panthers blew past the Lions 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Paul VI was: they took every set by at least 18 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-3, 25-7.

Paul VI found their leader in sophomore Amanda Dadio, who had 12 assists and eight aces.

Paul VI was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 30 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in three consecutive contests.

Paul VI's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Archbishop Carroll, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
