Softball Recap: Carroll's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Carroll won the last time they faced Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Patriots came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 6-3. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Patriots as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carroll will venture away from home to face off against Ponitz Career Tech at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, they will face off against Reading at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Blue Devils have averaged an impressive 10.3 runs per game this season.
