Soccer Recap: Kennedy Gets the Win

After losing to Delano the last time they met, Kennedy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Kennedy Thunderbirds had just enough and edged the Delano Tigers out 3-2.

Isaias Perez and Gio Tapia scored all three of Kennedy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Kennedy now has a winning record of 5-4-4. As for Delano, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kennedy will face off against Wasco at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wasco is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season. Delano has already played their next contest (against Del Oro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
