It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Mountain Ridge ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They skirted past the Shadow Ridge Stallions 24-21. That's more bragging rights for the Mountain Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mountain Ridge's defense made their presence known, laying out Talon Edwards. five times. Brody Hinks was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up three sackshimself.
