            Basketball Recap: West Florida Jaguars vs. Crestview Bulldogs        
        
		
        
        
            West Florida lost to Crestview  back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The West Florida Jaguars came out on top against the Crestview Bulldogs by a score of  55-48. While the Jaguars didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
 West Florida's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Amani Bartholomew led the charge by  going 7 of 10 en route to 15  points and eight  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kamora Harris, who  dropped  a double-double on ten  points and 12  boards.

The  victory was  the third in a row for West Florida, bringing their record for this year to 6-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Crestview, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 4-3.
 West Florida wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  51-44  win against Gulf Shores on the 10th. As for Crestview, they will head out to  face off against Milton  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
