Basketball Game Preview: Fishers Tigers vs. Noblesville Millers

The Fishers Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Noblesville Millers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fishers will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Saturday, Fishers didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Evansville North, but they still walked away with a 45-40 victory.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Noblesville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks by a score of 61-51 on Saturday.

Noblesville's win came from a few key players Fishers will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was C.C. Quigley, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 20 rebounds. Those 20 boards gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Norah Vetor, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten rebounds.

Noblesville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive boards. They are a perfect 4-0 when they hit their own glass that hard.

Fishers' record now sits at 6-4. As for Noblesville, their record is now 5-3.

Fishers and Noblesville were neck-and-neck in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but Fishers came up empty-handed after a 52-51 defeat. Thankfully for the Tigers, Meredith Tippner (who almost dropped a triple-double with 32 points, ten boards, and nine steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
