Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hamilton). They claimed a resounding 73-40 victory over the Cesar Chavez Champions. Winning may never get old, but the Huskies sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Hamilton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tre' Terry led the charge by shooting 67% from the field en route to 13 points and five rebounds. Terry is on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was MJ Cole, who posted seven points and 15 boards.

Hamilton was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Hamilton now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Cesar Chavez, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Hamilton and Gila Ridge will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Huskies will be up against the Hawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.17 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Cesar Chavez, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-53 loss against O'Connor on the 12th.
