Football Recap: Tantasqua Regional Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nashoba Regional last Friday, Tantasqua Regional came back down to earth. The Warriors were just a hair shy of victory on Friday and fell 21-20 to the Northbridge Rams. Warriors fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Rams since Friday.

Tantasqua Regional's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Northbridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Tantasqua Regional will face off against South at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Northbridge, they will square off against Blackstone Valley RVT at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
