Basketball Recap: Corcoran Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

Corcoran had won two straight road games and Javon Bragg did his part to make it three on Wednesday. The Corcoran Panthers put the hurt on the Granite Hills Grizzlies with a sharp 70-46 win thanks in part to Bragg, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last nine games he's played.

Jesse Guerrero was another key player, putting up six points. What's more, he also racked up two steals, the most he's had since back in December of 2024.

Corcoran has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.5 points. As for Granite Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.

Coincidentally, Corcoran and Granite Hills will both be playing Lindsay the next time they take the court. Corcoran will host Lindsay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Granite Hills will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 22nd.
