Recap: Eastside Rams vs. Fivay Falcons
The Eastside Rams won against the Fivay Falcons on Thursday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Eastside blew past Fivay 56-29 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Eastside as they're now sitting on five straight.
Jordana Montaner Rodgers and Malia Shuler certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Montaner Rodgers scored nine points, while Shuler scored two points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Eastside's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Fivay, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
Eastside will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Olympic at 11:20 a.m. on December 30, 2023. Olympic is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Fivay won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Alonso at 3:35 p.m. on December 30, 2023. Alonso is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
