Softball Recap: Grand Prairie Comes Up Short

Grand Prairie lost against Haltom back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Gophers came up short against the Buffalos, falling 16-5. The Gophers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grand Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Haltom, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-13 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Grand Prairie will face off against rival South Grand Prairie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Haltom is set to challenge their familiar foe Martin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
