Flag Football Recap: Strong Performance on D from Cameron Paget and Emma Mitev Leads Air Academy over Palmer

Air Academy got themselves on the board against Palmer on Wednesday, but Palmer never followed suit. They snuck past the Terrors with a 6-0 win.

Air Academy pushed their record up to 8-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 2.0 points on average over those games. As for Palmer, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6.

Looking ahead, Air Academy will venture away from home to face off against Ponderosa at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Palmer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
