Soccer Game Preview: Vidor vs. Hardin-Jefferson

Vidor had been on a four-game streak of scoring at least four goals, but Lumberton put an end to it on Friday. Vidor fell 2-0 to Lumberton. The Pirates' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Hardin-Jefferson kept a clean sheet against Little Cypress-Mauriceville on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bears. The victory continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won four in a row.

Vidor's defeat dropped their record down to 17-3-1. As for Hardin-Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 13-5-3.
