Stratton took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 50-22 win over the Cheyenne Wells Tigers. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 50-27 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.
Stratton got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Drew Fox out in front who rushed for 142 yards and three TDs. Those 142 rushing yards gave Fox a new career-high. Judson Isenbart was another key player, gaining 78 total yards and three touchdowns.
Stratton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Von Isenbart.
