Volleyball Recap: Cypress Creek Find Success

Cypress Creek picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Springstead Eagles by a score of 2-0.

While Cypress Creek might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Springstead scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20.

Addison Wilkes paced Cypress Creek's offense, picking up 14 kills. Wilkes got some help from Ava Hofferberth and her 20 assists. Wilkes was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Cypress Creek now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Springstead, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-9.

Cypress Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against East Lake on the 4th. As for Springstead, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Nature Coast Tech on the 4th.
