Volleyball Recap: Cadott Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

Fans were treated to a battle of the Hornets on Tuesday. Cadott walked away with a 3-1 victory over Colby. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Cadott also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2022.

Cadott had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-11, 25-19, 25-13.

Haley Mathison paced Cadott's offense, picking up 20 kills. Mathison got some help from Karlee Davis and her 37 assists. Mathison was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Cadott pushed their record up to 24-10 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Colby, their loss dropped their record down to 17-15.

As of now, neither Cadott nor Colby have any future games scheduled.
