It was a good run, but South Pasadena unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They and the Monrovia Wildcats finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Tigers have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Emilio Gonzalez and Zach Millar scored both of South Pasadena's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

South Pasadena's draw gives them a new season record of 9-2-2. Meanwhile, Monrovia's record is now 9-1-4.

South Pasadena has already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against San Marino on the 22nd. As for Monrovia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Temple City on the 20th.
