Basketball Recap: University Lab Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

University Lab and Madison Prep Academy squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but University Lab had to settle for second. They fell 58-45 to Madison Prep Academy. The Cubs haven't had much luck with Madison Prep Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

University Lab's defeat dropped their record down to 25-4. As for Madison Prep Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-14 record this season.

University Lab does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Madison Prep Academy, they will square off against Vandebilt Catholic on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Vandebilt Catholic comes in on nine and Madison Prep Academy on four.
