There's no place like home for St. Raphael Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Mt. Pleasant Kilties on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Saints have posted since May 2, 2024.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as four sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 27-25, 28-26, 25-27, 24-26, 17-15.

St. Raphael Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Mt. Pleasant, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

St. Raphael Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against North Providence on the 24th. As for Mt. Pleasant, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Achievement First Providence on the 24th.
