Softball Recap: Washington Township Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Washington Township's offense. They came up short against the Kingsway Dragons on Wednesday, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Minutemen's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Washington Township now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Kingsway, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Washington Township will challenge Gloucester County Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kingsway, they will take on Audubon at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
