Recap: Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix vs. Harvey Red Raiders
The Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix pushed their score all the way to 61 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 69-61 to Harvey. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Friday (59), Andrews Osborne Academy still had to take the loss.
Harvey's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Armani Hall, who scored 21 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylon Johnson, who scored 18 points.
Andrews Osborne Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Harvey, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Andrews Osborne Academy will take on Westside Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harvey, they will be playing at home against South at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
