Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short at Home Against Copper Canyon

Central unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Copper Canyon Aztecs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aztecs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Looking ahead, Central is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Washington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Copper Canyon, they will welcome Alhambra at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
