Basketball Recap: Tonkawa Comes Up Short

Tonkawa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 44-33 loss to the Hennessey Eagles.

Tonkawa's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Hennessey, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4.

Tonkawa will take on Okarche at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hennessey, they will square off against Crescent at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
