Liberty extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 11 on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 0-4 in the process. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the David Anderson Blue Devils. On the bright side, the four- run effort marked the Leopards' highest-scoring match to date.

As for David Anderson, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted since May 14, 2024.
