Volleyball Recap: Bay Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Bay took on DeSoto Central on Friday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Jaguars.

While Bay was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22.

Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for DeSoto Central, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coincidentally, Bay and DeSoto Central will both be playing Lanier the next time they take the court. The Jaguars will head out to face the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Tigers will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
