Soccer Recap: Notre Dame Prep Takes a Loss

After flying high against Almont last Thursday, Notre Dame Prep came back down to earth. The Fighting Irish fell just short of the Huron Chiefs by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Notre Dame Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-3. As for Huron, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Notre Dame Prep will head out to challenge Rochester at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Rochester's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Notre Dame Prep's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Huron, they will venture away from home to square off against Riverview at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
