Baseball Recap: Siloam Springs Has No Trouble Against Muldrow

On Friday, everything went the Siloam Springs Panthers's way against the Muldrow Bulldogs as the Siloam Springs Panthers made off with a 12-3 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

The team relied heavily on Jack OBrien, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Hyde, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3.

Siloam Springs always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Muldrow only posted an OBP of .346.

Siloam Springs' victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Muldrow, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Siloam Springs will venture away from home to face off against Greenland at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Muldrow, they will head out on the road to challenge Hilldale at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
