Hillcrest waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Century Diamondbacks get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-2 on Monday.

Hillcrest's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Century, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillcrest will head out to challenge Skyline at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Grizzlies have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Century, they will challenge Pocatello at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
