Tri-Valley put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the North Schuylkill Spartans. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Tri-Valley never let North Schuylkill on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-8.

Liv Lupole paced Tri-Valley's offense, picking up 14 kills. Lupole got some help from Callie Melocheck and her 25 assists. Aubrianna Zimmerman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Tri-Valley's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for North Schuylkill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Tri-Valley has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Upper Dauphin Area on the 20th. As for North Schuylkill, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pottsville at 7:00 p.m. on October 7.
